GDPR / Data Protection for PractitionersEverything you could ever want to know, in plain English and with pictures
Next run: none scheduled
Can be run on demand in a half-day.
This course is aimed at anyone and everyone who keeps sensitive data about their clients, whether electronically or on paper.
At the end of the course you will understand what you need to do and why you need to do it.
If you decide to make the wise step into keeping your files electronically (or if you already have), you will learn how to encrypt and keep that data safe, so that even if you left it on the bus nobody could access it.

About the trainer
Before I was a counsellor, I worked in IT for over 30 years (and I still do sometimes, you never really escape from IT).
I am an experienced and patient trainer, I don't assume you know anything technical and will give real-world examples that you can relate to and take on board.
Where there's jargon you need to understand it will be fully explained.
